Mark Winn-Smith Financial Controller

Mark Winn-Smith is responsible for the in-house finance function which includes accounting and tax planning on new transactions and managing financial reporting and compliance on Arlington’s portfolios. Mark also maintains relationships with all of Arlington’s external operators, accountants and auditors across the portfolios to ensure a compliant finance and reporting framework. Prior to joining Arlington in 2016, Mark trained as a Chartered Accountant with London practice, Lubbock Fine. During his time at the practice, Mark managed a wide-ranging portfolio including clients within property, retail and other specialist sectors.
